Then, create a traditional sausage gravy as well as a vegetarian mushroom gravy, starting with a roux and building layers of flavor. We'll also learn easy, high-impact compound butters as well as a seasonal jam to round out the ultimate breakfast experience! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned cook, this class will equip you with the techniques and tips to make these classic comfort foods with confidence.
